Wine Descriptions

	2002 Rogue Valley Merlot Silky smooth and supple delighting the palate with evolving flavor layers that include ripe plums overlaid by raisins, chocolate, pecans, and raspberries with soft oak apparent and a subtle hint of tobacco deep in the finish.
	Vin Enchanté, the Enchanted Wine Living up to its name, this rare multi-year blend of 2003, 2004 and 2005 Merlot and Cabernet Franc, is truly enchanted by the faeries. A richly flavored wine with the characteristic Bordeaux flint you’d find in the far more expensive Bordeaux *Château Lynch Bages*. Deep color, soft tannins and complex flavors of ripe stone fruits and dark chocolate make this wine a pleasure to all the senses at a bargain price.
	2006 Midnight Diamond Merlot From the first black cherry color to its complex bouquet to its smoky flavors of dark chocolate and coffee, this wine is the pinnacle of what it means to be best of breed Merlot. Suitable for the most discriminating of wine fans. Made to compliment a meal but also just right for relaxed after dinner sipping. We sincerely hope you have the chance to experience this rare Merlot. Only 50 cases produced.
